Terms & Conditions

By requesting a quote, accepting a quote or engaging JR Creations for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. If project requirements change, a revised quote may be issued.

A deposit is generally required before work commences, with the balance payable on completion and prior to final handover.

Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Work may be paused where invoices remain unpaid.

The client is responsible for supplying content such as business details, logos, images, written copy and contact information, and for ensuring they have the right to use any material provided.

Delays in supplying content or feedback may extend project timeframes.

Most projects are completed within 3–14 business days depending on project size and how quickly content and feedback are supplied.

Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once paid in full, the client owns their completed website.

Ownership transfers only after all outstanding invoices relating to the project have been paid.

JR Creations retains administrator access solely to provide efficient maintenance, updates and support.

Clients own their website.

Future updates are completed either:

• At an agreed one-off fee

or

• Under an active monthly Website Care Plan.

Website Care Plans provide ongoing support according to the selected package, which may include content updates, general upkeep, monitoring and assistance requests.

Care Plans are billed monthly and continue until cancelled. Work outside the scope of the selected package may be quoted separately.

Hosting and domain fees are separate unless otherwise agreed.

Where requested, JR Creations can assist with hosting and domain setup. Third-party hosting and registrar terms apply.

Basic SEO setup may be included in your quote.

JR Creations does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic or sales.

Projects include the revisions stated in the accepted quote.

Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

Once a design or website has been approved by the client, future work is treated as new work and may be quoted separately.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Completed work may be invoiced.

Refunds are generally unavailable after work begins unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

JR Creations uses client information only for project communication and legal obligations.

Client information is never sold.

To the extent permitted under Australian law, JR Creations' liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the amount paid for that service.

JR Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Clients may transfer their website to another provider after outstanding invoices have been paid.

Reasonable assistance may be provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
